What to Expect

If you make it past our testing and hiring process, we will match you with clients that are desperate for the services that you are proficient in.

The work that you will do will vary based on client needs and your skills, but it might include things like general administrative duties,  content writing, formatting and typing documents, managing calendars, making and receiving telephone calls, data entry, updating social media, and more…

We are looking for individuals that are looking to build valuable, long-term relationships with us as well as with their clients. If you’re looking for a quick job or two to pick up, we aren’t the company for you…sorry. We don’t call ourselves Buddies just because it sounds good; a solid buddy should never bailout and we don’t expect anything different here.

General Assistant

All of our assistants are required to be skilled and available for general administrative assistants. Examples include:

  • Document and spreadsheet creation
  • Email management
  • Calendar management
  • Making calls
  • Making purchases on the clients’ behalf
  • Research

Copywriting Assistant

In addition to providing clients with general administrative support, you will be able to put your sharp writing skills to use, which includes:

  • Website content
  • Blog and article content
  • Proofreading and editing
  • General copywriting
  • Brand story/Bios
  • Writing for Press Releases and Press Kits

Social Media Assistant

In addition to providing clients with general administrative support you will be able to use your marketing and social media experience to help clients promote their businesses:

  • Social media management
  • Analyzing social media engagement and growth
  • Creating blog posts and newsletters
  • Social media engagement
  • Creating simple graphics for social media and blogs

Customer Service Agent

In addition to providing clients with general administrative support, you're open to providing customer service and telemarketing services, which includes:

  • Making inbound and outbound calls
  • Handling sales calls
  • Handling intake calls
  • Appointment setting
  • Troubleshooting products/services
